Invoice Metadata: When external billing software dispatches transactional invoices via our endpoint (/api/invoices/send), we temporarily process details such as customer name, phone number, amount, and document URL.
Message Status Logs: We receive and store message transmission logs (e.g., sent, delivered, read, failed status flags) derived from Meta's Webhook payloads.

2. Usage of Data

KTZ-Utility-Sender uses the collected data to:

Connect and route transactional template messages via the Meta Graph API.
Render the live logs table inside the administration dashboard.
Stream real-time status updates of invoice delivery to administrators.
Maintain security and troubleshoot integration issues.

3. Data Protection and Storage

The security of your data is of critical importance to us.

All configuration parameters, tokens, and logs are housed on our private host server at app.shopkwality.in.
We enforce secure HTTPS encryption for all external API calls.
Credentials and database logins are hashed on our server using SHA-256 with dynamic salt keys to prevent unauthorized exposure.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform / Meta Compliance

Our Service acts as a message router utilizing Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. We strictly adhere to Meta's Developer Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and independent Tech Provider policies. We do not sell, rent, or share database entries or customer phone records with third parties.
